23Technology's work on two desktop transformation projects has been featured in the May edition of Housing Technology magazine.
For Incommunities in Leeds, we undertook a 1,500 desktop virtualisation project and at Southdown Housing Association, we resourced and project managed an upgrade of 600 Citrix users across its sites in East and West Sussex. The projects enabled both organisations to increase productivity, optimise user experience and securely extend connectivity across multiple sites.
Our stakeholder-centric approach to the upgrades meant that every stage – from concept, configuration, testing and implementation – had total user acceptance, ensuring a smooth transfer to the new environments.
Paul Foster, Sales Director of 23Technology is delighted our work has been recognised:
As a technology-neutral provider, 23Technology construct bespoke solutions based on Microsoft, Citrix and VMware platforms. We worked closely with our Housing Association partners to ensure that the growing need for remote and mobile working was satisfied in a secure and cost-efficient service.
